It's been a really rough few weeks for me guys....not that I care to go in to too much
but among other things, my grandfather passed away so forgive my absence....but I'm back up and running (somewhat).
Now on to more uplifting things...tonight are the MTV VMA awards which normally I could care less about, but my best friend's
brother-in-law was nominated for vid of the year ('Best of Me' by Foo Fighters) so I'll be watching for sure...
and so should you...;-)

Finally...I'm finally moved and somewhat settled back in L.A. and more
recently, I'm back from Mexico. Yup, had a nice vacation with my friends in Cabo and all 9 of us have the
tans/burns to prove it ;) So now that all that traveling is out of the way and I'm getting back into the swing
of things, The Spin Zone (or updating of it) will suffer no more! My place is getting there in terms of organization,
I even went to Home Depot yesterday...but for those of you in the L.A. area, here's a tip, don't EVER go to the
Home Depot on Sunset Blvd...Especially if you're a girl...Let's just say I stuck out like a sore thumb in that place.
I mean the sad thing was that there were more 'customers' offering to help me than there were Home Depot employees (and
I swear there were like 3 of them in the entire place and none of them worked in 'that department' ('that' meaning
any given department that I needed help in at the time). I mean I DO co-own an event production company and so
I'm not completely clueless when it comes to tools and building materials etc...(I've even used a table saw, although
I banned myself from ever using it after I nearly took off a body part or two;)
Anyway....so I'm back and still doing work for my company in AZ but soon I plan on going into something else...I'm not
sure exactly what and I'm not pimping out my résumé but if by some chance you happen to work in the advertising or PR field
and need a brilliant mind such as mine, let me know...;)

OK...so seriously I've been massively stressed...for good reason though.
Today, as soon as I finish typing this, my ass is OFFICIALLY leaving for L.A.... Truck's already on its
way but seeing as how I drive....let's say....a little above the speed limit, the truck needed a head
start. So the next time you 'hear' from me, I'll be in L.A.... and on Monday I'll have the cable
installed so THAT'S when you can expect updates...and they're gonna have to be good considering the
amount of time it's taken me to do get to em.....;-)

So I've been MIA for a while but there's good reason...other than normal stress I'm
now OFFICIALLY MOVING outta this state and going back to my native L.A.... I signed a lease
and everything and I love the new place so much that I took and posted pictures for you
all to see... ;)
As some of you may have found out there was some 'issues' with my server but those have been
taken care of and so now that I've actually got a place to live in L.A., and all I have to do is pack, well, now I've finally
got time to actually update TSZ and so I promise...PROMISE....I will ;)

Hi! Long time no updates...I know....all I can say is that between work and getting my ass in gear to move I've been incredibly stressed out. If it makes you feel any better, I stress out about the fact that you guys are getting annoyed with my lack of updates, on a daily basis ...seriously, I think about these things in the shower, on my way to work, when I'm trying to sleep... Well speaking of sleep, I have a lot to do this week including ACTUALLY keeping up with TSZ updates and new things so I'm going to attempt to have a nice sleep so I can start my Monday (although chances are that right now it already IS Monday) refreshed and ready to take care of biz...and that of course includes this here website of mine....;) And if you've emailed me....and not heard back from me, then you're soooooo not alone and I PROMISE that you guys are at the top of my 'To Do' list...or so to speak...;-)

Well it's that time of year again.....MARCH MADNESS! And my boys are on their way
to Chicago for the Sweet 16!! And guess who's gonna be there too? That's right, yours truly...;) Whether I'll
actually make it into Allstate Arena is debatable, but my 'people' are working on it as we speak...;) But, if you happen
to have some tickets that you just can't seem to get rid of, well, I'll be MORE THAN HAPPY to take em off your hands.
Speaking of the tournament, I would just like to say, to the 4 brackets that I joined....enjoy my money, cause mine are FVCKED! Don't
get me wrong, in my opinion this year has been one of the most fun to watch in a long time...but I'd much rather have preferred
Duke to go out early than Wake Forest, UConn or Syracuse....Cause that really screwed my brackets up...badly....:(

A little mid-day update here...before the big update you see...
but this was too funny to not post for you guys. OK, so
Google maps
and in the first example search, type in washington dc..... when the map loads,
go to the search bar and just put in the word f*cker (obviously spell it the actual way, I just
spell it like that on here so that my site doesn't upset anyone's office filters)
it will automatically search in dc so you don't need that part. I couldn't agree more with the
results... and then try the word liar... keep putting in various words....this is just
too funny...;-)
Alright...I've about had it with the crappy drivers here, and everywhere else
for that matter... Blame them for the lagging updates here at TSZ...Ya know it's 30 miles to
and 30 miles from my office, and it's almost all freeway driving, so in theory, it should take
me 1/2 hour there and 1/2 hour back...Well...drivers here don't seem to like theory very
much so it takes me anywhere from 1 hour to 2 1/2 hours to do those trips....each.
I think I am going to sue the state of Arizona for pain and suffering because I swear my blood
pressure is twice what it should be, 20 minutes after I get in my car. Which is why I'm
updating the P.A.I.D. page, but that's coming later today because right now it's still Wednesday
for me, and I'm tired and annoyed and need sleep so that I can recover just enough to spend
another pain filled hour (at least) in the car on the way to work......I need to breathe

It's Valentines Day, and I was getting ready to post all new stuff,
I realized that perhaps I should wait until tomorrow because even though I don't have a Valentine

So it was a big weekend huh? Here in Phoenix we had the FBR/Phoenix/Slutty McGee Open complete
with drunk idiots and annoying traffic all commencing at 'The Herpes Fest' Aka, 'The Birds Nest'... but
lucky for me, I had no part in that...;-) So...on to more important things...
Congrats to the Pats! But I must also say
thank you to the Eagles for not making the game a blowout...I actually thought there was a chance
there that they were gonna tie it up and force OT...it would not be so, but regardless, it was
an interesting game...or maybe it's just that the commercials and halftime show were so UNinteresting,
that the actual game was more fun to watch... So yeah, let's talk about the commercials. Now my
ultimate dream job would be to be the Creative Director for one of the bigger agencies (and if
any of you are currently employed at one of these, please, call me...;-) so I look forward
like many people do, to seeing the best of the best ads which have become part of the Superbowl.
Well.......not this year...This year I found myself saying 'Huh?' and 'But why?' to many of them.
Now in fairness, there were quite a few ads that were pulled from airing due to concerns of them
being 'upsetting' or inappropriate' and you can see them here
(upper right). To be honest with you, the only one that I can say may fit that bill, is the one with Mickey Rooney's ass...but I think we can
all be thankful that that one was pulled...So which were the best? the worst? Well we here at
the Spin Zone (Aka, me) have a lot to say about the ads and so later today or tomorrow, be sure
and check back here for my 'Superbowl Ad' commentary..;-)...
But in the meantime...
I just want to say to godaddy... your
commercial was lame...HOWEVER, I DID give it brownie points for the use of something near
and dear to TSZ.....(see if you can pick out what I'm talking about...;-)

Well I'm still waiting for my Vegas pictures...they are
currently sitting in a digital camera in Chicago and if the person in possession of the camera
doesn't get her ass in gear (that would be you Michelle..;-) then I'll send some of my thugs
over to yer office to obtain them. Just kidding...about the sending of thugs part...but really
I'm waiting on the pics so Vegas stories will have to wait.
On to other things...this week/weekend is the Phoenix Open, aka the 'Slutty McGee Open'. OK,
well we named it that but it's fairly appropriate. You see if I'm not mistaken, the FBR Phoenix
Open is known to all to be the 'party'/trashy tour...just ask Tiger Woods who won't come back
to the open after some drunk moron threw an orange at him a couple years back. Now the 'Open' is known
around here as a 'night club on the golf course' seriously, that's what the news people call it, mostly
because they have this big tent called 'The Birds Nest' which is basically one big bar/club that every
single $25,000 millionaire in Phoenix, ends up at. And it just so happens that I live right by where
the Open is held so I get to deal with all the moronic tourists who can't drive which just adds
to the already horrible traffic situation thanks to all the snow birds who flock here for the
winter months.... AHHHHHH.....Oh, and the motorcycle cops are on a rampage along the stretch of freeway
by my place (and the golf course) so now I've got to watch for them...AND drive the speed limit...
Calgon! I need Calgon!

Guess who's baaaaaacccckkkkkkkk?! Yup...tis I....I just got back
from Vegas last night at around 11....and I'm at work today attempting to be productive. Being
that I was in Vegas for an entire week...I have NO desire to go ANYWHERE this weekend. NONE.... so
I think it's time for a Spin Zone MASSIVE rejuvenation. It's also been suggested that I have
some sort of RSS feed so that whenever there are updates, you're notified via RSS...but I'm not sure
how that works either from my side or yours, so I'll have to work on figuring that out. But
anyway.... lots of Vegas stories to tell, and no desire to go out = Spin Zone updates this weekend....;-)
Oh....and if I hear 'What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas one more time, I might have to punch someone....;-)

OK...so I guess I'm being incredibly unproductive because I'm leaving
for Vegas today...... (Friday), and my updates are lagging...BUT here's the good news, although I absolutely
DETEST laptops, I was able to dig one up so that I could bring it with me to Vegas... Now given, I don't plan
on being on it at night, because I plan to be elsewhere, most likely drinking.... But judging by my
last Vegas trips, I'll be spending the days recovering from the previous night/early morning, so I'm quite sure
I'll bust out the laptop and wifi...;-) Which means I can update from there!...;-)
And again, if you're going to be at the NATPE convention, feel free to
email me....and if you just happen to be in Vegas for any other reason...you can do the same or be on the look-out
for a group of obnoxious girls...although Las Vegas tends to have a lot of those given all the bachelorette parties there. But

OK...seriously guys....updates are coming....it's just been a very
busy/crazy time with work....but I PROMISE they're coming.... Now...they'll be here shortly, but I just wanted to
get out that I'm going to Vegas on Friday. I won't actually be AT the NATPE convention although
I'm going there for it... that probably doesn't make any sense, but basically, my best friend is going to be there and her company
is hosting a bunch of stuff...so I'm going to stay with her and some other friends. Now if any of you
out there are also going to the convention, I'd love to know...I'd really love to get in to see
the exhibits, but I'm working on that part.... So more details to come, but I wanted to put it out there. Also, if
any of you have been to Vegas recently I'd love to know which clubs/bars are the best right now... Cause
I know it changes all the time and what was 'the place to be' in July, may not still be 'the place to be'.... and
I like to be in the 'place to be'......;-) But like I said, more details to come....

Errr....so I guess I am taking a little longer than I said, huh? Well that's what happens when you have a job....cause as much
as I'd like to say that TSZ is my job, it isn't, so sadly, there are times when TSZ suffers, and I do apologize for that...really I do... but today (Wednesday) for sure
there will be some much awaited updates..... promise....;-) In the meantime, I'm currently obsessed with

which I can't seem to get out of my head...but the song rocks, so it's OK...;-)

Well I'm still waiting for those Halloween pictures...so if you've got
them....send them to me already! (I'm talking to you Bobby...and who ever else took pictures).
So let's see,
yesterday we had a tornado warning! Now THAT'S the kind of excitement I like! I'm sure if I
lived in 'tornado alley' or a trailer park, I might not be as excited about it,
but here in AZ it's very uncommon. I was actually shopping, and I had just gotten finished attempting
to find something of interest at Victoria's Secret, seeing as how they're having this 'big' sale, but I didn't
have the energy to go through the mixed up boxes of things although I did get a robe (one of those silk ones on the
outside and soft on the inside....very comfy, trust me) I then decided to walk across the street to Banana to see what
great sales they were having.... and I'm in the dressing room and I get a call from my mom. She sounded
panicked and said, 'Where are you right now?!' and of course I got immediately worried cause she sounded
so panicked, and when I asked why she said, 'Well there's a tornado warning! It's moving east towards Scottsdale! Be
careful! Don't drive!' Now at this point I became very excited, ignored what I was about to try on, and ran
outside to see the tornado. Well, they sky was black with a patch here and there of a blue and it was
really quite beautiful, and it was raining a bit and my first thought was to take a picture, of course
I didn't have my camera with me so I went home (I called Steph on the way, apparently she was napping, but when I
told her about the 'warning' she got all excited too). Well, long story short...which I guess as usual, is a little
too late... all the news channels predictably had 'BREAKING NEWS' and lots of radar pictures of red blobs and
they were "on the phone with Phoenix resident so and so" to get a 'viewer report' which 95% of the time make
me laugh cause they're so stupid....anyway....supposedly the tornado touched down in a couple places, but
I didn't see it.....so I was a little miffed. Oh well, it was exciting for a couple of hours at least.
A bit later I spoke to my best friend in Chicago and while on the phone she looked out the window and said, 'Oh, it's snowing'
and I became insanely jealous and then remembered that this time, last year I had just gotten back from
a snowy and beautiful Chicago....ahhhhhh. Yeah, yeah, I know...if I lived there I wouldn't think it was so great, but
blah, blah, blah..... I hate the heat more.
So USC kicked the crap outta Oklahoma...I guess I'm glad the champs are a PAC10 team...but I hate, no, make that
despise USC....but the highlight of the night, I'm sure much to the dismay of the USC players, was Ashlee Simpson's halftime
'performance'. I guess now we know why she lip syncs... but just when you thought it couldn't
get anymore embarrassing than being caught on live tv (SNL) lip-syncing and then blaming your
band.... it did....and after delivering one of THE WORST performances I've seen, complete with
her latest god-awful dance move which I can only describe as some
form of gyrating/jumping thing 
(added of course to her 'Hoe-Down' moves from SNL)
Ashlee Simpson was booed by the ENTIRE crowd at Pro Player Stadium.... And in case you
missed it.... ASHLEE SIMPSON GETTING BOOED -by 70,000 of her 'greatest' fans...

Well Happy New Years everyone! Last night was a blast and kisses to Bobby and Katie for
hosting a most entertaining party... (btw - Katie, I think I should start paying you for all the free advertising you do for TSZ...;-) Luv ya babe...;-))
I think all 125 (thanks for the headcount Scott;-) of us had a great time...except for that one poor
kid...(I won't name names)
The 80s outfits were funny as hell....I was doing sort of a Madonna look but the rest
of the girls really outdid themselves with the 80s prom dresses....I can't believe we ever thought those hideous dresses
looked good...or the hair dos, like seriously, wtf were we thinking? And the guys, oh that feathered hair and the tight rolled jeans...too funny...
So as soon as I collect pictures from everyone who took em, I'll post them for the world to see;-)
I must say, though, that I busted out some pretty authentic 80s stuff...a Swatch Watch even (I never throw anything away, so yes, it's actually from the 80s), and
the candy necklace, the crimped hair...(and I used an actual crimper from the 80s that I found at my parents house, only
problem was that it hadn't been used since the 80s so I'm pretty sure I burned my hair, hopefully it won't fall out)
I'm not sure why not, but I didn't wake up with a hangover and I even had champagne which always gives
me a headache even if I have just one sip, but hopefully no hangover = a great start to a great year....I think I'm due for one...;-)
December 31 - January 1
It's New Years baby!! Chances are that if you're reading this on
Saturday....I'm still sleeping and haven't done my official 2005 first update....but, if you're reading this today (Friday)
then you, like me, must be getting ready to celebrate the New Year! My 80s outfit is coming along nicely...haven't
quite decided exactly what to wear (either a black mini skirt and 'Flashdance' like grey sweatshirt, or a black strapless dress with a white button down shirt tied in the front), but
I've got the accessories ready to go: white lace gloves, goomie/jelly bracelets, crimped hair, tacky makeup (including bright pink lip gloss and blue shadow)...and
there's some more, but I can't think of what right this second.
I've put up some pics of my drive to and from L.A...not that anyone cares but I took the pics so
they're there...
And on a somber note....the Tsunami and the damage it's caused
is beyond what I can comprehend and the videos, pictures and accounts of it seem surreal...
But the support from the people of this country alone, really makes me proud to be living in it...;-)
Now, seeing as how both me and my bitch are 'O.C.' fans, I thought it was time she showed just how much
)
That picture made both her and I realize that her New Years resolution is going to be to lose weight...or perhaps a more simple resolution like 'stop going into trash cans and eating every bit of edible anything in it'. Anyway....have a HAPPY HAPPY New Year and I'll be sure and post pictures of the 80s party (assuming I was sober enough to take em....;-) Be safe...and don't drink and drive....just drink.....;-)
