And ladies and gentlemen, HERE is the reason for Paris' fvcked up view of how life is 'supposed' to be:****MAY 2007***
So Paris has been sentenced to serve 45 days in jail here in L.A.,
stemming from a DUI conviction in which she had her license suspended and had to enroll in an alcohol awareness
program of some sort. She never enrolled in the program and then violated her probation by driving with a
suspended license at night, with her lights off, doing 70 mph in a 35 mph zone. So she's headed for the slammer.
Somehow she thinks the punishment is harsh and so she (via her 'friend' Josh) has made some sort of petition to have
Gov Arnold give her clemency and I think that quite possibly is one of the dumbest things ever so I'm not even
going to link to it and if YOU think she should get clemency, well, then.....um, yeah.
I will however link to two separate petitions:

and of course she should be. Additionally, here's the petition asking the Govn'a to ignore the clemency petition
and put her in jail like she should be.

If you're looking for the tape..... scroll down......Oh....and another interesting side note: I found out last week that Nicole Richie went to my high school (although I'm a few years older than year) so I'm working on getting pics from back then....if anyone cares. I'd say Paris was a graduate of my high school too, but then Paris isn't a graduate of any high school, so....
Alright, let's get right down to it because if you haven't heard about Paris Hilton and the sex tape, well, you probably don't have the internet either so I guess its a moot point. Anyway, just in case you don't know or don't care (until now that you're on TSZ of course) then here is a quick summary: Paris Hilton, who is now 22, was, at some point in the past, going out with Rick Solomon, now 33, and the two did what many have done, which is make a lovely home video of themselves having sex. OK, so far there isn't anything TOO shocking here, I mean who hasn't video taped themselves having sex? Right? Errr...I mean, that's what I hear anyway. So depending on who you ask (or which 'spin' you read), either Rick sold the tape, or a friend sold it, but how ever it happened, the tape got into someone's hands, other than Paris' or Rick's. Now mind you that in the past Paris had denied there ever being such a tape...and this is key because she called Rick a liar, sleaze, etc, etc, but yet Paris seems to make love more to the camera than she does to Rick....so there goes her claim that she had no idea such a tape was ever made. OK, so the tape gets out and hit the internet in ' 5... 4... 3... 2... 1... ' (Any of those are NSFW, Fyi...).
So now Paris is somewhat SOL because despite threats by lawyers and whomever else, the tape is out, and its her, and that's that. Now mind you that Paris isn't exactly shy ....and is considered to be somewhat of a 'camera whore' so considering the other pictures(NSFW) of Paris that are floating around the internet, and even in her own photo shoots, the tape isn't all that great. But I guess mom and dad weren't too happy about this so what do you do when no one will obey your commands? Well you 'spin' the truth of course! And so, it is announced by the Paris Hilton posse that she was actually a minor at the time the video was taped and therefore the tape is actually child pornography. Ummmmm....yeah. Now don't get me wrong, an 18 year old having sex with a 31 year old isn't exactly OK, but its not illegal either. So the tape gets returned to the Hilton's, which of course means that all copies floating around the internet will also get returned....yea, right. But regardless this is really where my take on this whole thing makes it 'spin of the week' worthy.
Look, to be honest with you, I can't really bitch about Paris liking to be
on camera, I mean I have pictures of myself on my own website, and was even banned from
Fark for being an attention whore,
so I mean really....to each her own. And to those who
claim that people are just jealous of Paris because she gets to do nothing except party like
a rock star (or 'socialite') and go shopping. Well, I'm not saying that I'm anywhere even
vaguely near her 'socialite' status, but I think its fair to say that I've done my share
of partying and living off my parents money and I too, love to shop. (BTW-Paris, if you're reading this
I happened to be looking at this picture 
and I love the shoes 
...they are the sexiest
part of that outfit and I WANT, I NEED, I HAVE to have them!)
OK, sorry, that's a bit of my
shoe fetish coming out....back to the sex stuff.
I also am impressed with the fact that despite not having a large
chest, she has opted NOT to have implants...and as a girl who also does not have a large chest
and is way to chicken to get implants herself, well, she gets extra points for that.
Now here is the thing, Paris jumped on the reality TV show bandwagon, along with Nicole Richie (Lionel's 21 year old daughter who was recently charged with
felony heroin possession)
and are going to be starring in
The Simple Life which I have no desire to brief you on, go to the website if you really
care to know more about it. Anyway, it occurred to me (and I'm sure to many others) that had this whole
sex tape thing not come out, no one would be talking about Paris, or at least no one other
than the people who were already talking about her. So now, there is all this publicity
for Paris and wouldn't ya know it, here comes a show all about her! Gee, I wonder if the timing
is related somehow...ya think?
So here's my point, don't ask for attention and then cry when you get it, and especially don't use 'spin' to try redeem yourself. Because now, along with looking like a complete and total whore and moron, Paris is now a spinner of the worst kind.... The kind that end up on TSZ spins of the week.
